Reflection 1:


In our meeting which took place on the 18th of April 2013 at 11:30 in F13 , i think that meetings are important because in a meeting you have the chance to share your information and opinion about what you are there to discuss and also to come up with a group decision upon the subject. Our meeting which was called by me and i was the chair we have discussed some important roles about increasing the student number enrollment. Ali and Ahmed we very interesting in the meeting which they have spoken about some important points that might help to increase the number of students. What we have accomplished is that we will talk about this meeting and also place another meeting for our final decisions and then hold a meeting with the college administration. As you know that we had a practice meeting before our graded  meeting and i think that it helped me alot understanding how should i talk and how to call the meeting, even that i didn't know what point we should have talked about only until the start of the meeting by a few minutes i managed to pick up some points as well as my members did. As a manager in the future i will always call meetings because after what i have experienced from the meeting you can communicate with your members and have a clear explanation and discussion  and also i found it pretty easy to reach a certain decision in a meeting.
